The storm is bringing strong winds and heavy rain to parts of Ireland and northern and western UK today (09/12/25).

Named by Met Éireann - the Irish national weather service - Storm Bram is the second named storm of the season.

Strong winds from the storm have left thousands without power, disrupted flights, ferries and trains, and triggered flood warnings for areas expecting the highest rainfall.
